PROPERTIES
The total foot support of the orthopaedic insole and the characteristics of the materials used produce a series of biomechanical benefits, such as:
- - better and more uniform distribution of the weight all over the weight-bearing surface of the foot;
- - better venous return (blood oxygenation and fatigue reducing) as the total foot support ensures uniform pressure on foot veins with every step (Lejars insole). In fact, the consistency of the material used makes the insole "squeeze" adipose tissue under the foot, and not the reverse, as occurs with soft insoles;
- - better balance and control of the stability of the entire foot.
FEATURES
The very small bulk of the WALKABLE insole allows it to be placed in footwear (save important corrective interventions).

- - dimensional memory, unlike insoles made of thermoformed material that, modified by pressure applied during use, lose their original shape over a period of time, thus becoming harmful;

WALKABLE insoles have removable covers; hence, the technicians can meet your sensory needs by lining your insole with biocompatible covers such as "Podion Alcantara," Poromeric or cork.
The ORTHOPAEDIC WALKABLE insole, modified with corrections, is entirely made in the orthopaedic laboratories and podological practices, while the PHYSIOLOGICAL version (trademark WALKABLE REFLECTION®) can also be made in facilities outside the healthcare field (e.g., sports items).
